Mission
NOBATEK is engaged in the development of digital tools with a focus on:
- Modeling and generating energy renovation scenarios using data science
- Digital modeling of active façade systems
- Monitoring the energy performance of buildings by utilizing AI algorithms to ensure data quality
- Monitoring photovoltaic (PV) production through a fault detection tool.

Innovation
ENSNARE is built on two key innovations:
- Industrial Innovation: This involves the design and fabrication of multifunctional panels used for façade renovation. These fully modular panels can incorporate renewable energy production directly into the façade, while also simplifying maintenance.
- Digital Innovation: This includes the creation of tools that digitize the building envelope using photographs and satellite images. These tools help generate the optimal configuration for the panels, assist in decision-making to initiate the operation, and enable monitoring through a digital twin.
Objectifs
ENSNARE is dedicated to promoting energy renovation on a large scale by utilizing Construction 4.0 technologies. This approach involves prefabrication and off-site production to create multifunctional panels that incorporate insulation, active windows, and thermal or photovoltaic solar panels. Digital technology is employed to design these panels, assess the feasibility of the solution, optimize their configuration, streamline the implementation process, and ensure effective monitoring and maintenance.
